Puppy concierge Amanda was excellent. Great communicator. Very kind and full of great information. Loved the supplies that my puppy came with; it was very helpful. The only thing I would change is the transport system. Wasn’t happy to find out how many other dogs were in the van and the travel time seemed exceptionally long. Over a great experience!
Dealing with terrier paws was a total pleasure! They were patient and very informative. Premier Pet transport was also spot on. Chuck and Mark were pleasant to deal with and arrived when they said would. They seemed very caring about the beautiful Pomsky they were delivering to me.

We picked up our new wire fox terrier last night and she’s doing well. She is an adorable little girl and our other two dogs quickly accepted her into our “pack”. The process to get her was very easy and the people representing the site were great! We also contacted the breeder once she was on her way to us and she’s been great as well. Overall, we’re very happy and satisfied with the dog and process!
I only have good things to say. Excellent team with excellent follow-up. They only confused the name of the puppy I chose with two other puppies’ names but I ended up receiving the correct Chocolate Lab I wanted thank god. So it was just a system issue. I highly recommend using this company. Very professional team with very good customer service.

The transportation service was amazing too. They delivered our perfect tiny Pekingese quickly and safely to us. We couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish.
I was so impressed with how everything was handled. I was nervous when they said I’d be picking her up in a Home Depot parking lot by going up to a van but it wasn’t as “sketchy” as I thought it would be. They were very nice and I did not have to go to close to the van. I was very nervous about it but it was so smooth and now I have my beautiful baby.

We have only had our puppy for a few days, but her temperament seems very stable and calm. We have another dog and hopefully, over time they will be true companions. The condition of the puppy was good when we picked her up. She was alert and had been fed a few hours before drop off, so she had good energy too.
I would use Terrier Paws again. Everything thing went very smoothly and I’m very happy with my new puppy. He was delivered by ground transportation. I reviewed many online sites to purchase my puppy and I decided to go through Puopy Spot, and I’m glad I did! ❤️
We have used Terrier paws twice to get our puppies. They communicate well with you to help prepare you for your new puppy. We have been also very pleased with how our puppies have been taken care of in their transportation to us. Our puppies have been healthy and cared for by the breeders.
