This helps to ensures that the breeder is taking excellent care of the puppies and parents. All partner breeders have to abide by the AKC good breeding standards, this includes an exercise and socialization program for the parents and puppies.

Your puppy already has a microchip. By enrolling the microchip you will be identified as your puppy’s owner, which ensures that you can be contacted immediately once your lost pet is found.
If your pet is lost or stolen and your chip is not enrolled, then it could be assumed that he or she does not have an owner.
The transitional period normally takes around 10 days, during that period your puppy may not want to eat well. The entire environment is new for him/her, from sights and sounds to smells. To make the adjustment easier, you should allow him/her to have plenty of rest time in a safe place; that is why a crate is important. Please, feed as we have directed in your care video and give us a call if your puppy is not eating enough or if he/she doesn’t have at least 2 bowel movements a day. A decline in your puppy’s health state can appear quickly. Our puppies’ health is our top priority.

It’s important to make sure your puppy is getting enough sleep and food during he first 10 days in your home. The Dog Club will also send you home with Probiotics to help your puppies immune system. Green discharge or lethargic mood may indicate a serious problem. If you are concerned about your puppy, call us or your veterinarian immediately.
Keep in mind that in most cases, you are buying these puppies directly from the breeder. Often, it is a family pet that has had a litter of puppies, or a hobby breeder is sharing a litter of their puppies. Pet shops are in business to make money, so they have to mark up the price of the puppy in order to cover their overhead and expenses. Also remember when going directly to the breeder, the puppy is not exposed to other dogs and is not stressed from being moved around, which means he/she will be healthier and happier.
Yes, often you can, as long as the puppy is old enough and the breeder feels that the puppy is ready to be released. Puppies have to be at least 8 weeks old or older in order to leave the breeder. You will also need to make sure that the breeder accepts your form of payment. We suggest taking cash, as the majority of the breeders accept it. Some breeders may accept credit cards, PayPal, Venmo or other digital payment services. Be sure to discuss acceptable forms of payments before you go to pick up your puppy.
